Welcome to Rajasthan Private Car Driver. By booking any tour, car rental, or travel service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings can be made through our website, phone call, WhatsApp, or email.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance or full payment and issuance of an official confirmation message or invoice from Rajasthan Private Car Driver.
- Customers must provide accurate personal and travel details at the time of booking.
Payments
- Payments can be made via approved methods such as UPI, bank transfer, or credit/debit cards.
- Full payment must be completed before the tour begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Prices may change without prior notice; however, the rate confirmed at the time of booking will be honored.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
- Refund policy is as follows:
- 30 days before tour start: 80% refund
- 15–29 days before tour start: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before tour start: No refund
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows, unused services, or last-minute cancellations.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
Changes & Modifications
- Any request for changes in travel dates, itinerary, or passenger details must be made in advance and is subject to availability.
- Additional charges may apply for modifications.
Inclusions & Exclusions
- Services included in your package (transport, accommodation, meals, sightseeing, tolls, parking, guide services, etc.) will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
- Any service not specifically listed under “Inclusions” is considered excluded.
Travel Documents & Responsibilities
- Travelers must carry valid ID proof, permits, visas, and other required documents.
- Rajasthan Private Car Driver is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by missing documents, traffic conditions, weather, or government regulations.
- Guests must inform us in advance of any medical conditions that may affect travel.
Safety & Liability
- Travelers must follow safety instructions provided by the driver or guide during the tour.
- Rajasthan Private Car Driver is not liable for any injury, illness, accident, or loss during the journey.
- We act solely as a travel facilitator between customers and third-party providers such as hotels, guides, and transport partners.
- We are not responsible for:
- Loss or damage of luggage or personal belongings
- Delays due to traffic, weather, strikes, or natural events
- Negligence or service failure by third-party vendors
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked service.
Conduct During Travel
- Travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward drivers, guides, fellow passengers, and local communities.
- Any misconduct may result in termination of services without refund.
Photography & Media
- Photos or videos may be taken during tours for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such content, please inform us in advance.
Privacy
- Customer information is collected solely for booking and service purposes.
- Personal data is kept confidential and is never sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.
Jurisdiction
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
